A transaction needs difference
Parent: motivation
Hiring — and most high-stakes first contact — is at bottom a transaction, and a transaction needs difference: a reason to pick you over the alternative. The résumé does the opposite. It is lossy compression into an HR-parseable format — a fixed schema of titles, dates, and bullets that strips out exactly the difference that would make someone choose you. You arrive pre-flattened into "another candidate in the category."
StandMeet's job is to put the difference back — to carry the specific, provable, opinionated detail a résumé throws away.
